We, hereby join together to express our desire for (Name of the Committee)                                                        to become a chartered Committee of The Christian Committee of Correspondence (CComCors).

We affirm that our desire is to serve Jesus Christ, The Lord, and that in all things we will seek only that which will honor Him, glorify His name, and proclaim His Kingdom.

We further affirm that all of our members have met the basic membership requirements as set forth by The Christian Committees of Correspondence including being signators to the Statement of Faith and Covenant of Conduct and the payment of annual individual membership dues.

NOTE: This charter application must be accompanied by a one-time chartering fee of $25.00 made out to The Christian Committees of Correspondence. In order to retain your Committee’s charter, the application must be affirmed each calendar year (no renewal fee required).
